I received one this week from an Amazon seller in Tracy, CA. But I called Amazon and they couldn't track it as an order. I don't recall buying anything online from an international seller, so it doesn't seem to be "in lieu" of anything else. (Though I once did order an ice maker and got a cheap watch.)
