It could be a diversion mailer for yourself or someone else who placed an online order that they use to be "delivered " Once a package is delivered the retailer most likely will not refund and they will most likely not receive what they ordered. Does the package have a FLY tracking number on it? If so the scam would be using the postal service to defraud someone of their purchase possibly coming from china. The mailer may not even have the correct street where the person lives and the return address is a fraud but has been used many times across the usa
