Same thing with me. Ordered a bose radio/cd combo for $39... waited a couple of weeks and I got a scarf from China.
Facebook will not do anything about it because they get $$ from these scam guys putting ads on Facebook. Facebook is fully aware of this but chooses to look the other way.
