Safety Report: I received a package from Geathers and Fottys that I did not order, S Wolcott Ave, Chicago, Illinois, USA

I did some more digging, I was incorrect. This is indeed a "brushing" scam where a company, such as in China, fraudulently obtains an address in the US and sends a cheap product to that person unsolicited. They then go into their product site (such as Amazon or AliExpress) and write a positive review on the product to get their ratings up. You can keep or toss the cheap item, but not advised to try to contact the site and start communication with them.

It's a forwarding company in the US for items you ordered outside the US. Example, I ordered eye makeup from Sweden. Sweden sent it to the US to a forwarding company, Geathers Fottys in Chicago, who then mailed it to me. It was legit. We do the same thing in the US. An eBay customer of mine in Saudi Arabia listed an address in Sarasota FL, which is a forwarding company. Once it arrived in Sarasota, that forwarding company shipped (or flew) it to Saudi Arabia.
