I just received the same thing. A rose gold Cartier 3 diamond Love ring. Pretty sure it's from when I stupidly ordered drill batteries from a Google ad for what I thought was a good price. Haven't received the batteries, but this ring showed up today from the Shipping Dept at 29180 S Jupiter Rd in Garland TX. Confirm with your bank that there is no more unusual activity. I cancelled my card and ordered a new one because someone was "testing" mine. They didn't purchase anything, but the card was showing up on Doordash and Meta(Facebook). Both of which I had not ever previously used. My Bank said they were testing to see if the account/card was open & activated. Thanks for sharing. I hope my comment was a helpful contribution.
