Looks like they are raking in the money, as I too ordered £40 of summer clothing etc for my holiday. I placed the order 18 March and have been keeping an eye on tracking details. Got notification today to say it had been delivered, but no. I was home all day and no attempt was made. So WARNING to all, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
I think M&S (Marks & Spencers) should file a law suit.
