Website said they were shipped from California, but after ordered tracking showed shipping from China. Never received product and instead received a 'knee brace'. After back and forth with emails where at first they offered me a 40% refund, then 60%, then 70% but I had to first return knee brace to China.
I figured this would then be another several months so finally just went to credit card company for refund.
