I ordered a play set from a company that I knew was Chinese and I knew used a fake Big Lots logo. They even sent me a tracking number and I tracked the item from china all the way to my city’s distribution center. But then it said the item was delivered - but I never received it. When item didn’t arrive I emailed company’s customer service and they basically said to be patient, it’ll be there soon. In the meantime I got the spaceman necklace and when I Googled the return address just now, I found this site. Now I’m going to report as fraud and comb thru my credit card charges.
