It's happened to me here - UK! ordered the full-set Willow tree Nativity Set. Waited for it. My dad got ill, and sadly passed so I took my eye off it. In the mean time a presentation box of socks with a gift note inside arrived with no gift wrap and sender name. I just thought it was a late gift sent by a friend. Nup!
