I called the Inglewood, California police department who said they are "unable to take a police report" and also called the Inglewood mayor, who has not yet returned my call. I was told by the mayor's representative, though, to contact the Federal Trade Commission at the following web address: reportfraud.FTC.gov
I received socks I did not order either. I actually ordered 2 "Walmart Scooters" in a buy 1 Get 1 free offer. I saved all the information from a "montyes" email address and when I contacted them they responded under LC Net.
