I was scammed recently by a party using the same address.
I ordered two sets of retractable ratchet straps and a month later received two plastic children’s games. This was not a mistake. They are playing this out. They lead you to believe they are in the US but are actually in China. In order to resolve this I agreed to return the items for a refund. The reply was I pay for the return cost but not to the address in Chicago. They want it returned to China! The lowest cost to ship so far is $63USD, slightly more than what I paid. So far PayPal has done nothing. I am now dealing with my credit card company to resolve this.
I would suggest you all Google the address. You will see articles referring to this as the brushing scam.
