I also got scammed. I got an ad from Krogers, who I deal with every week. I got what was suppose to be a free gift (50 Piece Bowl Set) all I had to pay was shipping $8.92 I get text messages to my phone when ever I make a purchase. I got a message saying my Card was charged 39.99.. I called the bank but I couldn't get my money back. Thankfully I bought this on a prepaid Visa, so I just cancelled the card and ordered a new one. I suggest to everyone to use a prepaid card when using the internet. They won't allow over draft, so it can save you from multiple charges.
