Same thing happened to me and I am in Indianapolis. I am in the process of trying to return the gloves and get a refund for my original purchase. Have you tried to get resolution yet? If so, where are you in the journey (because it will be a journey and probably to a dead end where I have to make a claim with my Mastercard) lol
