I purchased a pool cleaner in July 2023 for a gift. I never received it nor did I receive a confirmation email. I paid with credit card and it has been deducted the amount plus shipping fee. I'm so upset. Please help.

Same here. I ordered the pool vacuum and no confirmation email and no vacuum either! How do I get a refund???
