I received a calligraphy pen too from the same address. I peeled back the label and there is a China label underneath.
I believe this is a scam originally related to a Facebook order I placed for a "human size dog bed" advertised for $49.99 back in early December. I bought it on 12/8, got a confirmation email from Beachslick with tracking shipping coming from China. No communication after that. Now this package shows up. It has to be connected with this purchase.
