So, here's what is happening to me. I ordered a pair of large planters. The seller's "tracking" said the items were delivered. At the same time I did receive a pair of sunglasses and had no idea where they came from, not realizing yet that i had been scammed. So, I communicated back and forth with the seller, and I was finally told I had received my sunglasses. I did not order sunglasses. They told me to return them and they would send the right items. I told them to send me a prepaid label and I would gladly return them. They said that would cost too much, but since they could no longer fulfill my order, I could keep the sunglasses and they would refund 10% of the money they received from me. I told them that was unacceptable. Today the amount they would refund went up to 20%. Still unacceptable. Looked up the address and found out the site is owned by Amazon, with three business located there. An Amazon fulfillment center, a staffing company and QiQitee, which has no business license in the state of Washington. I am turning this over to my credit card company.
