I called and gave the order number to QVC which is where the chairs were advertised. QVC said they were old order numbers and it was a scam from China. Called my Credit Card Company and reported the charge and they agreed and reversed charges. I also received the TNT shipping item this week.
USPS said to return it to them so they can follow up on scam. I am going to do that.
