I received this as well today/ Mine has a shipping address in CO, but the label underneath was China post. The tracking number does not show the origin at the original address on the label. The return address is an Amazon fulfillment center, so I called Amazon to report it because a Chinese company is using Amazon as a front.
If you find a charge on your cc you will need to call your cc company to remove the charge. They will contest it for you and will cancel your card and issue you a new one so no more fraudulant charges can be made. So far I don't see a charge for this on my cc, but I'm guessing they will do it in a month or so once you forget all about it and dispose of the pen, so keep everything together including the shipping envelope.
