Reaction to Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine shot #1, Waterloo, Iowa 50701, USA

Waterloo, Iowa, United States

After receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine shot #1 on March 9 @ 1:45pm. For the first two days only pain at injection site when I would turn on it when sleeping but at 60 hours after the shot I got extremely sick with severe headache, extreme diarrhea, abdominal pain, Vertigo unstable when I was up, Extreme EXHAUSTION! With little or no elevated temperature, I had some nausea with very little vomiting and I slept for most of two days up only for using the bathroom and eating some bland food and I had not taken my normal medications but took rapid release Tylenol and motion sickness medication ( MECLIZINE HCL 25mg.)
I called my PCP OFFICE and I was told that I was going to have this for 24°-48°. If I got any worse to go to the E.R. [ this onset was on Friday starting at around 1:00 am. ]. My symptoms gradually improved over the weekend but the world appear suddenly over the next two weeks and I was unable to do any work for the two plus weeks. I am a 70 year old causation male with Type 2/1 Diabetes, moderate severe Asthma, stage 2-3 Kidney Failure and Cirrhosis of the Liver both are from my diabetes which now is under excellent control with just Lantis Insulin but in the past was totally uncontrolled. If I got this sick with the shot I would not have been able to survive the Covid-19.
By my PCP I have been informed NOT NOW TO GET THE 2nd SHOT BUT PERHAPS AT A LATER DATE. Now I’m Apparently over the residual effects except occasionally I get EXTREMELY SOB WHEN WEARING MY MASK AND I’M WORKING. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Headache, Stomach Pain, Soreness

Pfizer is voluntarily recalling Accuretic (quinapril HCl/hydrochlorothiazide) tablets distributed by Pfizer as well as two authorized generics distributed by Greenstone (quinapril and hydrochlorothiazide and quinapril HCl/ hydrochlorothiazide) to the patient (consumer/user) level due to the presence of a nitrosamine, N-nitroso-quinapril, above the Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) level.... Pfizer will recall six lots of Accuretic tablets, one lot of quinapril and hydrochlorothiazide tablets and four lots of quinapril HCl/ hydrochlorothiazide tablets. Nitrosamines are common in water and foods, including cured and grilled meats, dairy products and vegetables. Everyone is exposed to some level of nitrosamines. These impurities may increase the risk of cancer if people are exposed to them above acceptable levels over long periods of time.

These products are indicated for the treatment of hypertension.  Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events, primarily strokes and myocardial infarctions. The products have a safety profile that has been established over 20 years of marketing authorization and through a robust clinical program. Pfizer believes the benefit/risk profile of the products remains positive based on currently available data. Although long term ingestion of N-nitroso-quinapril may be associated with a potential increased cancer risk in humans, there is no immediate risk to patients taking this medication. Patients currently taking the products should consult with their doctor about alternative treatment options.

The NDC, Lot Number, Expiration Date, and Configuration details for these products are indicated in the tables in the link below and photos of the products can be found below.
