There is currently a power outage in the Al Tahoe neighborhood and surrounding area in South Lake Tahoe. Liberty Utilities is reporting 2,471 customers are without electricity and their estimate for restoration is 12:06 p.m. At this time the cause is unknown. Half of Liberty customers in the Tamarack Fire area have had their power restored and they are working with fire command on the rest of the customers, 329 homes.
