I'm pretty sure this is rampant and everywhere right now, but I would like to report that I bought purell at this store and it feels different than normal, it looks diluted. I would recommend checking your hand sanitizer. I've got an entire bottle of hand sanitizers that looks like diluted with aloe vera gel. I don't know what to do about it.
I let the local people know, the managers know and I let the local police know, they say this type of behavior seems to be rampant in all the stores.
