I am 86 years old and when I called CVS to make and appointment for the vaccine for COVID 19, I was asked for the number of my account and when I said that I did not an Account at CVS I was sent to a representative that asked the same question and when I answered that I did not have one, I was told to finish the call, recall again and click 1. I did and the call was disconnected. I did the same with Walgreen and happened the same. I do not have account in pharmacies because I am healthy, but for the first time in my life it is working against me. I would like to know what can I do. Thanks.
