The employer is not following the executive order guidelines including COVID-19 Preparedness Plan Requirements for Minnesota Businesses, specifically: 1. There is no written COVID-19 Preparedness plan and if available, employees are not aware of where to find it. 2. The establishment is not requiring or enforcing the wearing of face coverings for all employees. 3. Sanitizers not provided or not always accessible and employees sometimes have to bring their own. 4. Social distancing not enforced.
