The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a) Employees that are known or suspected to be infected with COVID are allowed to report to work without proper screening, quarantining or following a Return to Work policy that complies with §16VAC25-220. b) An effective cleaning and disinfecting protocol has not been implemented for the establishment after several employees tested positive. c) The employer has failed to report COVID positive employees to the Virginia Department of Labor in accordance with §16VAC25-220.

I received a package I did not order. I did not know what it was. I read something about keto, but received something that is supposed to be put on the skin. I looked it up and discovered it was a scam company. There is a pending charge of nearly 60 dollars on my bank account.
