Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act of 1970. 2). Employees may be exposed to electrical hazard in that the employer does not ensure adequate clearance is provided for electrical equipment. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1). 3). Employees may be exposed to electrical hazards in that flexible cords are used in manners which they are not approved for. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.305(g). 4).
