1.) The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to following CDC guidelines for sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. Two employees have tested positive for COVID-19 in recent days, one employee has reported being symptomatic, and the employer has not implemented or increased sanitizing per CDC guidelines. 2.) The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to following CDC guidelines for employees who have had close contact (within 6 feet for 15 minutes or longer) with an individual who tested positive for COVID-19. The employer is not informing employees that have been in close contact with another employee that has tested positive for COVID-19. 3.) The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to requiring employees to stay home if symptomatic. The employer is allowing one employee to work with COVID-19 symptoms including loss of taste. Hazard Location: Throughout facility. 12/17/2021 NC

The absolute worst! Product faulty- mis representation and no resolution offered for $50+ dollars spent with pictures of proof and the “best” resolution was $5 is dollars. How is a $5 refund a solution for $50 and an unusable product.
