Employees have been at the workplace prior to testing positive for Covid-19 for the last couple of weeks. The employer is not following CDC guidance and policies, such as informing employees of close contact, requiring social distancing and wearing of face mask/ face covering. The employer does not have sanitizing/disinfecting procedures for the workplace , especially before allowing employees to return to work.
