The employer does not enforce and provide engineering controls at the PCU 6 unit to protect employees who are exposed to ATP. On 7/15/21 during the night shift at PCU 6, two COVID-19 patients who were receiving high flow oxygen due to COVID-19 were not placed in negative pressure rooms, exposing approximately 13 employees to health hazards.
