Complaint alleges that employees are exposed to the following hazards: 1) Slips and trips and falling ceiling tiles due to water leaks on the 1st floor cafeteria and 2nd floor rehab unit. 2) Covid19 exposure when reusing disposable N95 respirators that are damaged and no longer function to protect employees. Employees who are required to wear N95 respirators have only been issued one disposable N95 respirator in the last month.
