The employer installed cleanable solid partitions made of plexiglass, but customers are leaning on them and they are now broken and ineffective. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(A) 2) The employer failed to ensure that employees and other persons maintain six feet of distance and wear face coverings over the nose and mouth when outdoors.
