1. Parts laying all over the floor to the point it's a walking hazard. Yet required to carry heavy objects over the hazards. 2. Refusal to turn on exhaust fans to remove harmful smoke from burning plastics, because of heating cost. 3. No ergonomic flow for heavy/awkward parts they make employees work in an unsafe manner such as lifting extremely heavy parts alone while twisting and turning to place into large boxes. 4. Eyewash station is inoperable. 5. First aid kit is understocked, and some bandages are soiled. 6. Bathroom is never cleaned, and is a COVID hazard. No mask worn in a majority of the shop.
