1) Employees are allegedly not wearing masks while working. An employee was allegedly ill at the workplace in the evening with active vomiting and being tired. Employees were exposed to the employee with management knowledge who did not allow the employee to leave the work area. Multiple employees were exposed to the ill employee. 2) Employees are not able to social distance in office space where they are required to work where they are potentially being exposed to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19 .
