Employees could be exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. There have been multiple confirmed cases of corona virus, starting in September 2020, and still occurring; 2. The facility does not receive proper ordinary cleaning, and no sanitization procedures have been conducted, even where affected employees were working; 3. Employees are not informed when coworkers have tested positive for the virus, and/or have been diagnosed with the infection, even when they have been working in close proximity to affected employees; 4. Employees' work stations are less than 6 feet apart: although every other seat is empty, employees are close to those behind them.
