1. Employees including postal carriers are not wearing mandated face coverings intended to limit the spread of COVID 19. 2. Onsite management including the Postmaster witness employees not wearing mandated face coverings, but do not take any action to enforce the use of wearing face coverings including not taking disciplinary action to enforce the face covering policy when it is repeatedly violated by employees.
