3205(c)(10)(A) Employees experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 are not being sent home. 3205(c)(8)(C) The employer is not ensuring that sanitizing and cleaning is taking place. 3205(c)(7)(A) The employer is not requiring employees to wear masks unless customers are in the store. 3205(c)(11) The employer is requiring employees returning back to work after they have had COVID-19 to be cleared by and provide a note from a doctor and have a negative COVID-19 test. 3205(c)(8)(C)2 Employees are sharing phones, computer etc. when employees have their own equipment. When shared, the equipment is not being cleaned or sanitized.

I was staying at a shelter in Lockport Cares and there was a Christian pastor at the shelter. Guess again. I assume Lockport cares is possibly food poisoning people. Lockport cares gives you bag lunches , breakfast and dinner.

For 2 nights there is always corn or brownies during Bible study at 8pm at night.

I'm not allowed back because I claaid they were food poisoning people
I told the police when I dialed the ambulance.

My blood sugar was low and I was coughing up blood and my teeth were bleeding.

Also there is a hazard for COVID 19. The manager allows COVID 19 positive to stay there without mandatory mask
You are not required to wear mask indoors.amd of you are positive for covid 19, you are not required to wear a mask. There is a woman positive for covid 10 not wearing a mask everyday spreading her disease. Lockport Cares allows kids and married couples to stay the night also.

Lockport cares should be shut down for biohazard. Covid positive wear no masks. A mask is not required for covid positive people.

Nestlé USA has announced a recall of 440,500 Starbucks-branded ceramic mugs due to safety concerns. The mugs, which have a metallic coating, pose a burn and laceration hazard if microwaved or filled with extremely hot liquid. The company has reported 12 incidents of the mugs overheating or... See More breaking, resulting in 10 injuries. Nestlé USA is currently working closely with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on this recall.

The recalled mugs were sold in two sizes, 11 oz. and 16 oz., as part of four different gift sets during the 2023 holiday season. They were distributed at Target, Walmart, and Nexcom (military retail outlets) across the U.S. from November 2023 to January 2024. The recall does not affect any other Nestlé USA or Starbucks-branded products.
