Employees who are experiencing COVID-19 signs and symptoms are allowed to remain at work. 2. Employees who have had close-contact with an employee who tested positive are not notified within 24 hours of exposure. 3. The employer does not have an Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan to address, exposure determination and employee notification, return to work strategies/policy, and post exposure cleaning/disinfecting.
