There has been an increase in workloads resulting in exit doors being blocked with product. Product is boxing in employees around their truck prevent egress out of work area. Employees have not received informaiton and training on need to report work place injuries and to seek medical treatment. There have been recent incidents where employees have been injured and management has discouraged them from seeking medical treatment and an incidents reports have not been completed. Employer is not ensuring employees are wearing face masks to help minimize spread of COVID 19.
