1. The employer is not following CDC guidelines regarding slowing the spread of Covid-19. Employees are not screened for Covid-19 symptoms prior to starting work, there are no hand washing stations, no cleaning supplies or facemasks. Employees are not required to maintain an acceptable social distance. Applicable OSHA standard(s): Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. 2. The employer does not require employees to wear steel toe shoes, safety glasses or any other type of Protective Personal Protective equipment. Applicable OSHA standard 1910.132. 3. Forklift drivers are not being disciplined following accidents. Applicable OSHA standard 1910.178. 4. The bathrooms, locker room, and the lunch room/break area are not kept clean and sanitary. Applicable OSHA standard 1910.22 and 1910.141.
