Covid-19 OSHA Complaint, Carolina Canners Inc, 300 Highway 1 South, CHERAW, SC, 29520, USA

1. There is mold and mildew in the Blend Room. Approximately 20 employees are exposed; some employees are experiencing sinus symptoms. 2. COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, disinfecting and sanitizing, social distancing, personal protective equipment, informing employees of possible exposure, employee return to work and employee training. Employees are not required to wear face covering in the establishment. Several employees have been diagnosed with COVID-19. 3. Ceiling tiles containing asbestos are being disturbed in the Blend Room. It is unknown if any employees have experienced any symptoms. 4. There is ammonia leaking inside the Engine Room.

I received a package/ring that I never ordered, claiming it was a 1 carat. Asking me to scan the QR code to register it. I did not register it because I was afraid of being charged for something that I did not order or scared that if I did scan it, but location on my phone would be tracked.
