1. Multiple employees have tested positive for COVID-19. The employer did not notify exposed employees. Exposed employees were not allowed to quarantine. 2. No one wipes surfaces down or sanitize high touch areas. 3. The employer is instructing employees by email to come back to work even though their COVID-19 tests results have not come back.
