1. Employees could be exposed to the COVID-19 virus at the workplace, due to there being an outbreak in the maintenance department, at least 6 positive cases. 2. Employees have been given only 2 cloth masks, (2 months ago) 3. Employees are being screen before entering the facility. 4. ' body temperature is not being checked when they come to work 5. Hand sanitizer is not provided so employees can clean their hands frequently as recommended by CDC. 6. Employees are required to continue when they have symptoms so they don't get points for being away sick.
