Employer failed to ensure that the container of hazardous chemicals used when cleaning the delivery cart is labeled. 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6) [Refer to 12-60-50(a), HAR] 3. Employees were not provided with an effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area. The employees do not know the hazards associated with the chemicals that were used to clean the delivery cart. 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) [Refer to 12-60-50(a), HAR] 4.
