It was reported to OSHA that employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. 1. It was reported that the employer has not implemented COVID-19 procedures or precautions such as, but not limited to, training and informing workers and Supervisors about the procedures for employees with possible symptoms of COVID-19. Specifically, it was reported that an employee reported symptoms of COVID-19 but was told that it was "probably allergies" and to continue working, and was not allowed to isolate nor quarantine. The employee was later confirmed positive for COVID-19. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 2. It was reported on 12/10/2020 that the employer is not notifying the employees when employees test positive for COVID-19 (allegedly 3 in the last month), thus exposing them unknowingly to those fellow employees. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.3 weeks ago •reported by user-fqxth686
