1) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that that the employer has not implemented or mandated a facial covering policy for all employees in the workplace. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 2) Employees are potentially exposed to fall hazards associated with accessing roofs. It was reported that employees are not required to wear nor are they provided fall protection when going onto customers roofs. The Employer has not implemented an effective fall prevention program. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.28. 3) Employees are potentially exposed to fall hazards associated with the use of ladders.
