The employer did not maintain an effective Injury and Illness Prevention Program in that the employer did not ensure that COVID-19 precautions per the state executive and local public health department orders are being followed at the workplace in the following instances: 1. The employer did not ensure masks or other personal protective equipment are being properly used, T8 CCR 3203(a)(4)(6). 2. The employer did not implement physical distancing guidelines. T8 CCR 3203(a)(6). Employees are not given proper personal protective equipment for tasks being completed. Employees working on top of modular units which will occasionally have no temporary guard railing. 3. The employer did not furnish employees with the proper personal protective equipment required for the task, T8 CCR 3380(f)(1)(A)(B)(C). 4. The employer did not ensure guard railing is installed while working from an elevated position, T8 CCR 3210(a).

response from service@ risktic. com the first time when I emailed them a day after the package was said to have been delivered and I was instructed to wait 48 hours. I waited then sent another email (the only source of communication) to the same address but this time no response. I sent another email asking for a complete refund, the prior email I only requested the dresses. The response from this email was a different address support@ lixvb. com and asked if they could refund 50%. This is a complete scam. Don’t buy from them. It’s been 30 day and still no dresses.

These are not 100% cotton. All they have is a sticker with Chinese writing in which I’m hesitant to order anything from China so I’m not really sure what website these came from and how I return them.
