1. No one designated to be the Covid-19 supervisor 2. No self-screening protocol for employees or contractors; No daily questionnaire covering symptoms, travel and/or suspected or confirmed exposure to people with possible Covid-19 3. Not keeping everyone on the worksite premises at least six feet from one another to the maximum extent possible through the use of ground markings or physical barriers, including the kitchen and lunch area. No work areas are marked so that employees in production six know what six feet actually is. 4. Not enforcing the requirement of face coverings be worn when employees cannot consistently maintain six feet of separation from others in the workplace including shared spaces such as hallways (several employees sit within six feet of walkways and shared office equipment such as the copy and postage machines and they are not being required to wear their masks 100% of the time they are working) 5. Not promoting remote work to the fullest extent possible, just the opposite they are promoting everyone back in the office every day for 8 hours when a lot of the work could be done remotely and pressuring employees to return even with a doctor's note stating limited exposure would be best. 6. Not training employees fully 7. Have not limited staggering of workspace usage since they are requiring more people to work in the office on more days, no markings identifying 6' spacing from shared office equipment such as the copy machine and postage machine. 8. Have not prohibited socially gathering without keeping the 6' distance (the consensus is that if masks are worn the physical distance doesn't need to be enforced)
