T8 CCR 3203(a) Complainant states that 3 employees tested positive for COVID-19 virus, those employees were sent home and the rest of the employees were sent to work at the Fresno store despite the fact that they were all exposed to the virus. So possible exposure at Fresno location. Hazard location: 21276 Lassen Ave., Five Points, CA 93624 4342 Absolut Ave., Fresno, CA 93725 559-834-2277 Note: Complainant also states that on 9/24/2020 all employees signed a paper stating that they will adhere to COVID-19 safety procedures. Prior to that date there was no COVID-19 procedure or was not being enforced.
