Health:

1. Employees are exposed to the COVID-19 pandemic. The employer is not following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's COVID-19 guidance for workplaces. Employees work about one foot apart from each other. Face coverings do not stay on employees' faces and slide down. Employees wear face coverings below the nose and not over the nose. Employees wear face coverings under the chin without coverage to the mouth and nose. There is no partition shield between employees and customers. Customers are not required to wear face coverings.
