Received the ring as well, I ordered bags on the overside site, after contacting the company, because I did not receive the package although the delivery time was 5-7 days. I am told that the package was indeed delivered against signature, that I am offered a 60% refund and that I should approach the transport site, which indicates a point where the package was last reported. I am waiting for a return from the site with the delivery person's contact details.
