Floor cracks are getting wider and destroying our PIT equipment, walls are uneven and mold is at an all time high as employees struggle to breathe comfortably in the warehouse. Mold in floor cracks and between walls and boxes. Low quality concrete floor unsafe to support 6 ton PIT.

How come nothing is being done to prevent the shooting that just happened from happening again? Has he been arrested? Will they direct traffic through the metal detectors when we come in? What is being done to keep us safe while we’re at work?

There is not enough bathrooms for the amount of workers on site. Job has picked up and the number of workers has increased but additional bathrooms have not been added to accommodate. In turn this is causing disgusting conditions before scheduled cleaning. Brought it up to Holland … See More
but unfortunately was ignored and my concerns were treated in their opinion inadequate. I shouldn’t have to use a disgusting restroom.

Unsatisfactory safety by PSE contractor, Homann Drive Southeast, Lacey, WA, USA

Some kind of utility work being done on Homann drive near Lacey Elementary, flaggers didn't have cones or signs out, flagger was standing on wrong side of the road, let traffic build up at rush hour times in morning, surprised when people don't see them.

Employees are still being exposed to mold and there are cracks in the floor and along the bottom of the walls
Mold is being found on boxes in warehouse, it's been reported and we are being told it's by management not safety it's being brought in on boxes.. people are having Asthma attacks

said I have my shot. Now my son has covid one other employee there has covid we don't know how many others got infected because of this individual. That man has cost me $3,000 in my son has lost his wages for several days my wife wants to sue him. My wife and I are in agreement that somebody should do something to this individual because what he did was totally wrong and exposed everybody working in that shop.
